| IN CASE YOU CARE Copyright@Heather Johnson 2003 In case you didn't know, and in case you care, I've been very ill, and just lying here. My body's in tremors, and my mind in despair. A sudden illness has what brought me here. My brain is affected, as well as my heart. My bodily functions are falling apart. The doctors are searching for what has occured. They use speculation and have tried many cures. I was perfectly healthy and enjoying life, now I lay here, and feel all the strife. I 'm free-handing writing this piece as I type, just to inform you what has become of my life. I feel death knocking as my body shuts down. Oh God, I'm too young to go through this now! |
