He married TEMPERANCE BIGGERSTAFF October 29, 1837.   She was born Abt. 1820 in Ohio.

Taken from the DELAWARE HERALD February 4, 1892.   We regret to learn of the death of Mr. IM Fisk, a highly respected citizen of Morrow county, north of Ashley.   Mr Fisk was a staunch Democrat and a good citizen.
Taken from the MORROW COUNTY SENTINEL, February 4, 1892. This venerable resident of Westfield Township died on Wednesday, January 27th, aged 71 years.   For a great number of years he has been a resident of this county, and in feeble health for some time past.   He was a good citizen and a just man in all his dealings, and will be greatly missed in the community where he so long resided.   The funeral services were conducted on Friday following his death.
Taken from the UNION REGISTER February 3, 1892   Through the Ashley times we heard of the death of I.M. Fisk, a old and highly respected citizen.   He died at his home, northwest of Ashley, Wednesday evening.   Mr Fisk had been a resident of Morrow county many years.   He had been in feeble health for a long time yet the news of his death came in the nature of a great surprise.   The funeral services were held Friday.

He married TRYPHOSA LOWREY.   She was born September 1827 in Ohio, and died Aft. 1900.

1880 census, Yorktownship, Athens County, Ohio page 279C, Lucius Fisk, age 53, wife Tryphosa is 53
son Eddie is 20, daughter Ida is 16, son James is 26, and daughter -in-law Maggie is 25.   All were born in Ohio.   Maggie's parents were both born in Maryland but there is no information on the birthplace of parents of Lucius and Tryphosa. Jane Smith, age 25 is listed with the family as a daughter of Lusius and Ida Smith age 10, and Myrtie Smith age 7, Nettie Smith age 4 and Willie Smithe age 2 as grandchildren. Birth records were not recorded in Athens County for Ida and Myrtie but Nettie Bell Smith was born November 10, 1875 in Yorktownship to William J. Smith and Jane Fisk.   William Smith was born March 3, 1878 to William Smith and Elizabeth J. Fisk. A death was recorded for William Smith Jan 17, 1877 in Athens County Birth Records Vol 1, page 88.   This was not checked to see if it was the same William Smith.   The marriage of Elizabeth J. Fisk to William J. Smith was in Athens County, May 13, 1869.

List at home in the 1900 census with Lucius and Tryphosa was John, who ws single. Both parents of Lucius were from Vermont.
