| The goal of the nutrition page is to teach students basic knowledge of human nutrition and to provide guidelines for following a health diet. Objectives: After completing the section on nutrition, students will be able to: Define the three energy sources for the body. List foods from each group of the Food Guide Pyramid. Discuss the goals of the guidelines from the American Heart Association. Describe two ways to help maintain a healthy weight.
