I am in my 8th week on Alli. I have lost 20 pounds. No "treatment effects" when I follow instructions. I had some "effects" the first 2 days on Alli, I obviously ate more fat than I should have before starting the pills. The instructions are; a lowfat diet 4 days before starting the pills. Since then I've had no gas, loose stools or oily discharge. Being a diabetic I restrict carbs and eat a lot of veggies. Has been a very easy diet to stay on. Love it!
