We can assess a client's individual nutritional imbalances and weaknesses and recommend specific food choices and supplement support to help build and maintain well-being as well as strengthening the immune system We are what we eat. It is with this belief in mind that I have come to agree with the concept that disease, overweight and aging signs are a result of absorbing too many toxins and too little nutrition. The results come in many forms and with many names but these early warning signs are there for most of us to see. |
