| Welcome to the GEN CON Axis & Allies Tournament Page. Over the past 16 years, I have run the tournaments for WotC/Avalon Hill, & TSR at GEN CON Indy and Milwaukee. As for Origins, this will be the 9th year that I run similar tourneys at this great CON. These tournaments have become some of the best FTF AA Tournaments in the country, if not the world, with some of the best competition as well. But don't let that deter you. These tournametns are also a lot of fun for all ages and levels of play. | There will be some format changes, again, for this years Axis & Allies Tournament Season. Since we are at the point of having so many AA variants available to play, and this year we add AA50, we had to restructure how the events will be run. Also, the AA Mega Tournament format will change this year at GEN CON. See below of all the new changes... |

| IMPORTANT AA NEWS UPDATE! |
| If you thought they were rumors, they are NOT. AA50 is no longer in print and if you have not purchased your copy, they are all gone. Well, except for the few that will be given away as prizes at Origins and GEN CON.... Also, yes, as we know it, AAR (Revised) will be phased out when AA42 comes out in August of 2009. At this time, I do NOT beleive we will have a copy at GEN CON for demo but that is still up in the air...just thought I would bring the rumors to a halt and fill you in on what I do know as fact. This information comes straight from WotC/AH. I had no knowledge of the new game or did I partake in the design of such so other than the information provided, I have no knowledge of changes, etc...Click on box top to go to site |
