Recently I have been laid off from Midwest Express Airlines, due to their aquisition of new airplanes and reduced need for mechanics. I am currently in school part time and looking for jobs in the IT field.
Bonnie works as a social worker in an assisted living care facility for the elderly and disabled.
Around the first week in July 2002, I got rid of the bulk of my sportster parts, so they are not cluttering up the garage any more. The only thing I have left is some miscellaneous parts.
In the first part of July 2002, I got my harley registered, and shortly after, got it ready for the road. I had some mechanical issues to work out, as I expected, but all in all, things are working pretty good. The only thing I am having trouble with is the front end. It seems to cause the bike to want to wander at speeds less than 30 or 40 mph. And for some reason, the forks bottom out very easily. But on the highway, it rides great. So if you know anyone who has a 74 -77 sportster front end they want to get rid of that is in good condition, let me know.
