- present to the elected official and make them enforce Amend. 6 legislators -----> regulators (FDA) ------> corporations (Big Tobacco)

3:55 Meeting to order
4:00 Plan the BOD MEETING
- Welcome - (10-11)
- Lunch - (11-12)
- Video Contest - (20 minutes)
- Concert (15 minutes)
- Underestimated (30 minutes)
- Fundraising (40 minutes)
Welcome - introduce the BOD members present, roll, ditribute booklets, discuss the website
Lunch - self explanitory
Video Contest 
- 1) retain an idea with the manipulation message
- 2) create a "raw dub" (put the script on a video w/o costumes and use minimal props) *script included*
- 3) the winning dub will be chosen and the winners notified
- 4) the script will be made into a commercial
Concert - The Last Damn Show - some spots available; one a piece of paper write why we should chose you to go with us (SWAT)
Underestimated - launch the full campaign (relaunch for some), promotional items will be distributed, explain exactly what "UNDERESTIMATED" is and the date of the unveiling (first club day in NOVEMBER at your school)
Fundraising - preapproved fundraisers and activities (if your idea is not on the list applications will be distributed for consideration)

- OCTOBER 9TH, 2003 in PLANT CITY
- @ least 20 extras and 4 main parts (priest, Tobacco Executive, SWAT member, Thug)
- materials - blow up faces (3), white pillow cases (4), newspaper, ties (yarn), green marker or paint, wedding music, easles (3)
