HCSNL is proud to announce the forming of its HTTRDL (HYBRID TRANSITIONAL TECHNOLOGIES RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT LAB) Unit.  We are actively seeking a $100,000,000 environmental research grant to launch a four-year feasibility study.  The study gages environmental impact and viability of implementing an alternative engine design concept for high torque applications as found in power plant generators, production mills, trains, ships, trucks, buses, and hybrid urban transport vehicles.  The engine does not combust fuel, does not pollute the air, and uses abundant atmospheric temperature as a reaction catalyst.  Contact William Frias at:

Neighborhood Environmental Action Program grants (NEAP) ranging from 1 to 5 thousand dollars will become available to neighborhood and community groups within low-income areas.  Supporting environmental initiatives; services within the following topic areas are to be considered for eligibility: 1) air, 2) energy, 3) land, 4) noise, 5) toxic hazards 6) and waste.  The CITIZEN'S COMMITTEE FOR NYC will distribute the grants made available by the MARY FLAGLER CHARITABLE TRUST.  For information and applications; you can contact Tamya Gantt at: (212) 969-0909.
