- Experience in managing several projects in parallel
- Experience in managing up to 20 people (in one project)
- Experience in resources planning & deployment
- Experience in project schedule and control risk management
- Good communication, presentation, analytical and negotiation skills
- Power user of standard office software tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Highly motivated and energetic, eager to learn
Highly desired skills:
- Experience in international software project involving more then 100 resources
- PMI Certification
