Page Five
the final page!!!
As far as recent Phantom events, of course, I'd have to name my Phantom-theme wedding to Jeff on June 21st, 2002, which was covered by the National Post. A link to the article is provided at the bottom of this page, as well as a link to some of our wedding pictures. Many people have asked how we managed to get our wedding covered by the National Post, but in all honesty, it was the newspaper who came to us, not the other way around! Someone Jeff had worked with in theatre in Toronto had e-mailed the newspaper about our wedding. There are a few errors in the article, but for the most part, it's very cute.

Jeff and I have moved into a new home, and are planning on turning our spare room into a 'Phantom' room. If you're ever in the Hamilton area, drop us a line, and feel free to come over and check it out! Hopefully, by then it will actually be set up!

Until then, take care and thanks for reading!

Updates:
Jeff and I recently (weekend of 9/21 and 9/22 2002) attended the Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS flea market fundraiser in NYC. It was such a terrific time! We spent all day at the event, and bought a bunch of Phantom items! I also bought some things about Joseph Merrick - but that's another story! The 'Phantom' booth sold a bunch of terrific things, as well as some items during the silent and live auctions. Several cast members were working at this event, including Lisa Vroman and Brad Little, who were really terrific. Best of all, all the proceeds from this fun day went to charity! I highly recommend going to this event! What a fun time! You can see some pictures from our trip in the
PhanPics section.

This past January, Jeff and I managed to acquire some pretty amazing and rare 'Phantom' items, all the way from London, England. Someday, we'd like to set up all of our 'Phantom' items and create a little museum - so whenever we get that together, I'll post it here. If you'd like to stop by and visit, please feel free to e-mail myself or Jeff!

February 15th, 2003, Jeff and I had a blast seeing the US touring cast at Michigan State University - my alma mater! It was a marvelous show, and we were lucky to get to check things out backstage after the performance as well. There are some pictures of what the backstage area at the Wharton Centre looks like in my 'about me' section, under production photos - though they were taken during shows I was in, not during 'Phantom'. Still, it looks the same, for those who are curious!

April 2nd and 3rd, 2003 Jeff, myself, and Georgia (a.k.a. Rookie from the Phantom board) were able to see the US tour during it's stop in nearby Buffalo, NY. It was interesting, to say the least. More about that in the
bloopers section, though. We were fortunate to be put into the house seats, center of the 7th row, on both nights, as the box office mistook Jeff for one of the former Toronto cast members (as he was wearing a Toronto cast jacket - hehe!). We also got to go backstage again, and see how things were set up differently in Buffalo. Overall, a very fun and interesting time.

November 18th and 19th Jeff and I went to see the US touring company in L.A., as my roommate from MSU now lives in a subrub of L.A. We wanted to get a chance to see Lisa Vroman (for the first time) and Brad Little (who we had seen before) before they left the tour. We'd never been to CA before, and had a wonderful time! There is a pic of me and Brad Little outside the theatre in the PhanPics section. Maybe someday I'll add reviews for all of these shows up here, as they're saved on my computer... someday when I have lots of free time maybe....
