| Welcome to 3Bal Ink Art. 3Bal stands for Tribal and was developed in 1999. Although not an official public business, 3Bal has been a private "made to order" ink art designer for several years. It has only been in these past few years that 3Bal has started advertising on a National basis. While not yet on the "mainstream" of ink art, 3Bal is responsible for some of the most unique and intricate designs that were made to order for its clients. 3Bal does not have an official studio but is based out of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Georgia.
