By Government - Does this mean just the federal government? Not in a heart beat. It refers to the Federal, State and political subdivisions of a State. All these encompass government. All these are guilty of denying, removing, and ignoring the rights of the American sovereign.

To begin, the United States, the corporation created to defend this nation primarily and constitutionally funded by indirect tax, decided it wished to create a money-controlled system in establishing a government not of the people, but, instead, of a foreign power, the Federal Reserve Bank. Research it for yourself - just search for the Illuminati which became the Council on Foreign Relations. You might also read about the Skulls and the IMF.

Besides the absolutely unconstitutional establishment of the Federal Reserve System signed unconstitutionally into law by Wilson in 1913, the government and the powers behind it realized this wasn�t enough. So, the Public Salary Tax Act of 1939 was passed which was followed by the Buck Act of 1940. Through these, every State in the union was fraudulently treated as federal enclaves.

And, the People, being ignorant of the facts concerning the Victory Tax during World War II, a war created solely to establish a one-world government (now in the form known as the U.N.), not only responded as if they were required to pay the federal government a kick-back (the direct tax called �federal� income tax) but kept doing so after the war ended and the Victory Tax repealed (1945).

The United States Congress kept on passing unconstitutional bills into law, taxing people by their straw man identities which are accepted everytime one responds to their names in full capitals, with the States of the Union essentially as federal properties.

They are not!! United States jurisdiction ends with the borders of the District of Columbia, the possessions, territories, and specific property purchased from States or ceded to the federal government for land to build forts, arsenals, federal buildings on, and things such as ports of entry. (By the way, it is unconstitutional for the federal government to �take� land from any State or sovereign, even under imminent domain and certainly not through an Executive Order. The Constitution & 42 USC, Section 1982)

States, since the people did not balk against unconstitutional laws, began far exceeding the intent of the 10th Amendment. Most State governments now believe the 10th Amendment gives States plenary or near plenary power to make laws. This isn�t so. The Constitution of the united States of America, the Constitution of the People, by the People, and for the People prevents it as does every Constitution of every State. Read the 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th, and 13th Amendments and [Articles IV, Section 2] and [Article VI, Clauses 2 and 3] of the Constitution.

Anyway, people in ignorance of the true purpose of government, responded as if the United States AND the several States could make any law. Misplaced trust for sure - misplaced trust that has led to the people of this nation having their property, the fruits of their labors, fraudulently taken by the governments. I say fraudulently even though it is on a voluntary basis. See, no level of government can take private property, including one�s earning, on any other than a voluntary basis. What one owns, one can give away. But, what one owns cannot be constitutionally taken away against the will of the citizen. Government relies on fear and intimidation to coerce compliance.

Then, we come to political subdivisions. Counties followed the lead of the States as did city governments. Police officers stop people and ask for, in essence, citizen�s papers. They trespass without cause and without properly issued search warrants based on evidence of criminal wrong-doing. Most unlawful acts such as these are justified under the guise of the war against drugs and null and void laws concerning firearms.

Anyway, because people believe in government, they respond to unconstitutional city and county ordinances and the like as if they are required to. Nothing could be further from the truth. If the ordinance or law is unconstitutional, then it is null and void by law (16 Am Jur 2d, 177).

But, attorneys, too often ignorant themselves of the Constitution, and possibly because their incomes are based on handling cases, are not likely to tell people the truth. Nor to demand a judge and jury obey the Constitution. That is too simple and doesn�t involve more than a few seconds in front of a jury. In fact, it would seldom require an attorney at all if our courts were still common law courts established by Article III of the Constitution.

Thus, the result is we are responding as if subject to unconstitutional laws passed by the federal, State, and political subdivisions. It is simple to stop - that is, if we all wanted an extremely bloody war. Firearm owners (about 86,000,000) could simply band together and remove any legislator of any level that has violated his oaths of office, form new governments, and immediately force out of office any legislator that does not support the Constitution of the united States.

But, that is resorting to the same techniques used by government. Most of us don�t want that. One can do what I am doing. Since I don�t know many people here in the town I grew up in that will get involved, I am acting alone against the city government with only the Constitution as my shield against tyranny. However, many of you are not handicapped by having been away from your communities for the past 30 years. You know people and have many friends. Unite.

Let me ask you this. Why not begin with your local government? It is relatively easy and inexpensive, both financially and time wise. Form an organization, read every ordinance. Determine which are repugnant to the Constitution by determining which affect the rights of even one person, regardless of your agreement the ordinance serves a useful purpose. This is part of what got city governments believing they could do whatever they wanted (along with �it doesn�t affect me� and �So what, I don�t do anything wrong.�). Then demand in a group at city council meetings that the ordinances be repealed or will not be enforced from that time on or the governing body will suffer the consequences of impeachment and/or prosecution.

People must understand. If a law is unconstitutional, it doesn't exist; it must be treated as being null and void. If you as a citizen accept it, you are as guilty as your local government of removing rights. You are then part of the problem and conspire to keep rights affected. You are responding as a member of the communist party (essentially the CFR) would. You are a traitor to the Constitution of the united States of America and against the unalienable, God-given and self-evident laws expressed in the 9th Amendment, Mosaic Law, the English Bill of Rights of 1688, and American Jurisprudence, the basis for common law, human rights, and our Republic form of government.

And, if you profess to being religious, better think again. It is God-given rights you object to when you allow an law against the rights of Man to be kept in force. So, I must ask - just who the heck are you to decide which of God�s laws should or should not be obeyed? That is a decision best left between the individual and his creator. If the wrong decision is made and another�s rights violated, then man-made laws may be applied.

In unity, there is strength. Local law enforcement or out and out government thugs from higher levels of government aren�t as likely to take armed actions against groups as they do against people acting on their own. For one thing, a group could become outraged enough to stay focused on the problem.

If your local governments do not respond properly, then you have recourse. In this nation, ALL public officials must take an oath to defend, obey, and protect the rights of the people secured by the Constitution which includes all stated and self-evident rights. If they do not remove the ordinances, laws, statutes, edicts, or whatever, then they have violated their oaths of office and may be lawfully (and legally) removed from office and prosecuted under Title 18.

When you finish with this level of government, move on to the county government by getting groups in the other towns in your county united as one county group. Take your county assessors by the throat, figuratively speaking, and present the facts concerning property tax which is a removal of your personal and private property with due process of law. You have been convicted of nothing whatsoever and there isn�t any other basis for directly taking your property. The assessor violates the 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th, and 13th Amendments along with applicable U. S. of A. (not United States - it is constitutionally the federal government only) Constitution and your State�s constitution.

Then, organize all county groups with other county groups (don�t worry, the word is easy to spread as to your successes mount). This will form a large, State group. Take the legislatures the facts and make your demands. And, don�t back down from the demands. In other words, when it comes to rights, there is NO compromise. That is the ever so prevalent problem with organizations such as the NRA and other pro-gun groups.

It doesn�t take every person involved from every city or county - it only takes enough to represent them all and still strike terror into the hearts of the treasonous. Only the Sovereign may interpret laws and the sovereign may remove any law by forcing legislators to obey. All can contribute for the financing of the operation or, if local government Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFR) are checked, can insist funding come from the huge assets hidden by the governments.

If any State officials do not respond properly to their oaths of office, prosecute them for treason. They commit treason when any become knowledgeable of the facts concerning the rights of the sovereign (the citizens of the several States) and then proceed against the facts (also removes the officials' immunity based on the "clean hands" doctrine). Look up treason. Ah, heck, I�ll look it up for you.

The American Heritage Dictionary, 4th Edition (2000) defines it thusly:

TREASON:

�1. Violation of allegiance toward one�s country or sovereign, especially the betrayal of one�s country by waging war against it or by consciously and purposely acting to aid its enemies. 2. A betrayal of trust or confidence.�

Need I say more. The enemy is the Federal Reserve Bank owners, foreigners primarily and any people in government who are members or acting as if they are members of the Council on Foreign Relations, any politician who makes laws contrary to jurisdiction and the Constitution, any judges who decide against citizen�s rights in favor of government, any attorney who manipulates what is lawful and just into anything other than this, cops and the like who violate human rights, and any others acting as an official with more authority than what is given.

Anyway, with a judgment passed on those legislators (including city government officials), take proper and appropriate action. If it is treason based on a judgment by their peers, punish them to the maximum allowed by law. Just turn what is lawful, and possibly legal, around on them. We must do it right, not as the government operates (no trial or any other process required by what is lawful and just).

I pray it may be done peacefully, that those who are government officials realize the rights being fought for are also their rights. Some won�t - but they are blinded by assumed power. Open their eyes with a few convictions for treason.

If any have alternatives believed to be a better starting point, please inform me. But don�t bring up the vote. It means nothing as we have seen in the last thoroughly corrupted (both parties) presidential election plus ill-informed voting is partly the fault for getting us where we are. Also, those voted in as officials on the lower levels are voted in mostly because of popularity (city primarily), money, or straight party voting, reasons which are not very enlightened when it comes to creating an incorruptible governing body.

Put simply, the people of this nation are not only the sovereign, we are the foundation of protecting rights. When we attack the city and county levels, we knock the foundation out from under the State level. When State legislatures realize the truth, that the sovereign are in control, then the foundation is knocked out from under the Federal Government since any State by order of its sovereigns can do away with any unconstitutional law imposed by Congress or an agency/bureau through policy.

And that, Folks, is a potential process if we are to once again live in Liberty. Or should I say �...Live in Liberty� since the majority under a 100 have never lived in liberty as established by the hundreds of thousands who gave their lives to create this nation of Sovereign People. There have been a few who have lived in �liberty� but they were the hermits hidden away in the mountains and in the extreme backwoods of America who answer to no one, government or otherwise.

We, the People, should, with the grace of all that is good, be able to do the same. It is, after all is said and done, Our Right.

Addendum:

If we could only behave as the federal government, matters would be greatly simplified. We would simply put on riot gear, arm and load ourselves as if for an attack on a group of crazed bears, knock down the doors of offending political leaders, terrorize them, their families, and their neighbors. Each would then wonder who of them would be next.

But, you see, we are just far too civilized to do anything as barbaric as that. And, lucky for them that we are. Our sanity could, however, become their worst enemy. As could our resolve to win this battle against tyranny and evil without bloodshed, that Good will eventually wipe out Evil.

And, so, it has been written. And, if I recall correctly, so it will be.
