Rule or to be ruled - that is the question
Give me liberty or shoot the crap out of me - but, dont expect me to bow under to tyranny.
When all is said and done, it is up to the individual gun owner as to whether
or not he believes his liberty is worth his life. He, and only he, can make the
decision to turn in his weapons, and, hence, his liberty. I, for one, have
made my decision. I simply will not live in a police state commanded by
tyrants who surround themselves with small armies for protection.
I would rather die protecting my rights than live as a servant to government.
I have been recently experiencing what is close to conditions of martial law
and I can assure you - it is gut wrenching to maintain my civility towards those who falsely believe they have control over me and my property. It is a nightly vigil for me as I expect armed terrorists, known as the FBI/BATF, or even possibly local law enforcement, to break down my doors and storm what is supposed to be my sanctuary, my home.
All it would take for this to occur is one of those with whom I battle against
for my rights to turn in an anonymous tip that I deal in drugs or contraband firearms. I do neither and never have. I am so civilized I even stop at STOP signs way the hell out in the country. But, no matter. My rights would be forgotten; there would be no investigation; no polite knock on my door; but, instead, the armed SOBs would storm my home intent on shooting. And so I stay prepared as best I can against over-whelming forces.
In the past two weeks as I have talked to people and handed out flyers, I
have found that nearly all people realize that all levels of government have and are creating unconstitutional laws but feel there is nothing they can do. Why do they feel that way or is it something else that controls them?
More surprising is the comment made by roughly two out of three usually in
a question form along the lines of Why are you making a target out of
yourself? I got it again twice today out of the only two people I talked to. One was a dentist about 45 to 50 years of age and the other, a woman (I dont try to guess the age of women).
What this tells me is that although people know about the unconstitutionality of laws and use the phrase but nothing will change, is that many are too afraid for their lives and/or loss of property to start anything against any level of government. So the governments Plan is working - Strike out against a few ordinary law-abiding people, destroy or take their lives, their property, their dignity, their hopes and aspirations, and the balance of the public will let us do as we want. They will be too terrified to do otherwise.
I know the opening might seem to be fiction and I wish it were. I sit here with a loaded automatic next to me, another within close proximity, a third hid in one possible escape route, with another hid in the other potential escape route - providing the first barrage doesnt get me.
Should I have to live like this? No. Why I am forced to live like this?
Because I believe in the Constitution and my rights. Because of this, I will
not bow under to threats from local government or any other level. This is
supposed to be the United States of America, not Gestapo Germany.
I am not a militant (unlike the government), a radical (unlike the government), a subversive (unlike the government), a lunatic (unlike the government), a cultist (unlike the government - CFR, IMF, Skulls, and so on), or any other negative tag put on people who believe in the freedom all men are supposed to have. I am not anti-government but am anti-tyrannical government. I am just an ordinary guy who believes he can make his own decisions concerning the rights of myself and my fellow man and does not need or want government interference.
I could care less about political parties as they are a facade at best. Only one organization controls and it is not the organization elected to office. Politicians are bought and sold at will by this organization and the easily corrupted stay in office. Bushs family has been involved in this clandestine organization for close to 90 years. Washington, D.C. is full of people who belong to the organization and spout whatever will get them votes and cause people to believe they had a hand in elections and the running of this nation and its States.
We, the People, can bandy about all the labels such as liberal or conservative
or whatever but you know what - it means not a tinkers damn when it
comes to whether or not each individual is willing to lay down his life for
what he believes in. There wont be your precious conservative or liberal
(how I hate those concepts) politicians there defending your rights - it will be
you and you alone. If you depend on the rhetoric of politicians to defend
what is yours, you might as well forget it - it just isnt going to happen.
So, read and write but until you decide to take action, yours are efforts in
futility. If you dont believe it, check all the books and articles written in the last 50 years concerning the facts and then look at the fact that
simultaneously, the federal, State, and local governments have circumvented
the Constitution with tens of thousands of unconstitutional laws.
As you write your check to pay the fraudulent income and property tax, think of why you believe you are a servant to government, that you owe the
different levels half your income - and why you are responding to
unconstitutional, fraudulent demands that you give up what is yours and
yours alone - your earnings and the property purchased through those
earnings.
Why do you do it? I can tell you. YOU ARE AFRAID NOT TO. It is that simple. The government has you terrified that if you dont do as it says, you will lose your property, your liberty, and maybe your life. I dont want to disillusion anyone but it WILL happen if all that is done is to write and read about how terrible the government is. We all already know the extent of its corruptness. Or, maybe not. I wonder.
Or, you can decide here and now to not only write and read about it, but to
take action . It may mean giving up some things, such as sitting around
talking about it or a Sunday football game. It may even mean giving up your
life as you know it. I know mine has changed drastically in the last few
months and the changes are sure not what I had planned before the
corruptness of government forced me to start learning about it.
And, I have been terrified. But, no more - at least of fighting to the end for the rights all citizens are supposed to have. I am only terrified now of NOT taking action in every lawful way I can. So, it will not be me who fires the first shot. It will be the government. Since the governments primary job has been forgotten and replaced by WE WILL CONTROL YOU (reminds one of Krushev's statement in, I believe, 1962), I will be forced to defend myself by myself against all invaders, domestic or foreign.
Should the worst come to pass, it will be of no importance to any except
myself and my family. I will be forgotten within hours except by my family, just as has so many others. Afterall, a raid on a fictional meth lab (made up as an excuse for the raid) in a small town wont even make a major Missouri paper, let alone become national news. And, even if it were made national, just as with Waco, no action would be taken against the government and its thugs.
Waco had 86 people butchered, so to speak, by an act of war against a State
and its people by the foreign corporation, the United States. Twenty-four children were killed in cold blood which is almost double all killed during
1999 by school shootings. It was an invasion by a foreign organization to the 50 States made by the United States FBI/BATF and military. These
organizations had no jurisdiction but attack and kill they did. They did so to cover their own fabrications.
And what happened to these marauders? Not a damn thing. The government investigated itself, found itself innocent, and walked away knowing the people wouldnt do anything. And they were right. The peoples money paying for the bogus investigation was wasted.
I am only writing this in order to make this point. If you cannot take action
against your own local government and force the constitution be obeyed,
then how the hell can you write about the necessity of regaining control over
the federal government? Maybe that is not exactly right. Why do you bother
to write about it? Freedom starts at home in your heart and it must be a heart willing to make the ultimate sacrifice in defense of rights given by our Creator.
But, if it is not in your heart to the degree necessary to demand local
government remove all unconstitutional ordinances (nearly every last stinking one of them other than traffic rules), if you do not see the necessity for it, how can you possibly by the wildest stretch of the imagination, expect to go against the United States Government? Or your States government?
Freedom is in my heart. I volunteered to die for it when I was 17 and, at age
55, if anything, it is stronger. I also know I must have firearms, even if I get off only one shot defending myself against tyranny. So, concerning firearm registration and all - I will not register them, nor will I give them up. I may need them as I will not be made a slave to a bunch of greedy, power-driven super wealthy wannabe tyrants, nor to local incompetents elected into office who also suffer from "wannabe tyraninitis". I would rather do all I can to stop them in their tracks lawfully and with the full intent of lawfully forcing the application of the Constitution against them.
That is the American Way fought for and created by our founders. Freedom
must be defended at all times and at all costs. Never was it intended that
government officials be free to commit treason which is exactly what any
who violate their oaths do. It was instead intended that those who would
attempt it would be severely punished and removed, not only from office but as a member of this society (yes, the punishment for treason is death).
Because circumventing the Constitution was allowed, because vigilance was
not maintained, because corrupted politicians on all levels remain/ed in
office, because rights were effectively surrendered by ignorance, I stand
vigilant protecting my few rights that remain and fighting through what is lawful for those government has stolen from me.
To tell the truth, I would much rather be basking in the freedom I am
supposed to have, writing of things I love - teaching/education, learning
theory and fact, sexual behaviors of people, and other sociological and
psychological topics. And taking relaxing hikes and going on hunts in the woods. Fishing. Bicycling. Motorcycling. Restoring vehicles. And so on.
Perhaps one day.
