If the courts won't stop the killing by government employees, whether it be CIA, FBI, IRS, local police, or any other armed bureaus or agencies, then it is up to the people to stop it. That is the purpose behind the 2nd Amendment as you all should know very well.

If it is not done, then the atrocities committed against citizens is just going to escalate. Collateral damage (killing of innocents) means nothing to these thugs and that includes local law enforcement personnel who have taken on military profiles instead of just being peace officers as dictated by state constitutions and statutes.

When do videos of "armed to the teeth, black-garbed and armored attackers of the innocent incite people against government attacks to the degree that we stand up for ourselves?

Or, are we going to continue to pussyfoot around the issue, that the 2nd Amendment is worthless unless it is exercised to the same extreme as the government exercises violence to coerce citizens into complying with every stinking, liberty-robbing, unconstitutional law there is?

How many thousands of more unconstitutional laws have to be written and enforced by governments to wake the American people up to the only course of action that has the potential to succeed against the many levels of government so thoroughly corrupted that it makes this American want to puke all over the bunch of them, hopefully while carrying some virus these killers of innocents and liberty have developed.

Think about it.

When I came to a statement that only states have the power to infringe upon rights by some writer that teed me off so bad I forgot to get the source and the idiot's name, I realized a person who does not understand the liberties and freedom of Man, nor the reasons this country once went to war, was doing the writing.

I could expound on this but it would not be time well spent as those who do understand don't need to have it explained again and those who do not understand are not likely to do so based on anything I write in addition to what I have already written.

I might suggest that the basis for our Republic be studied, that basis being the protection and securement of God-given unalienable rights and the fact that these precede any man-made laws and governments by all millennia Man has existed on this Earth. Even that suggestion, though, is quite probably a thorough waste of time.

Why do I say this? Because we may know the purpose of the 2nd Amendment but we as a people have not the strength of belief to apply it.
