At Hattrick's Hockey we want to make sure the customer is always happy. That is why we urge you to contact us with any questions regarding anything that is for sale. Thus there are no refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our items availible for sale. Our main concern are the hockey sticks and the cracks in the blades. All sticks at Hattrick's Hockey are solid enough to be used in game action. Most, if not all, of the cracks are on the surface and dont go through to the other side of the blade. Again, if there is even the slightest doubt or question with the condition of the stick, contact us and we will help in any way possible. The only way a refund is issued is if the item is damaged or destroyed during the shipping process. Thus all items are insured for the price paid. One last note, all sticks are non-warranty by both the manufacture and Hattricks Hockey. So if you use the stick for 1 game or 100 games and it breaks, there is no coverage on it.
