herePsalm 84 (85)
Ant. 1
Ordinary:
You were favorable to your land, Lord, you forgave your people’s sins.Advent:
The Lord shall come forth from his holy place; he will arrive to save his people.Easter-tide:
Lord, you restore life to us, so that your people might be joyful about you, halleluia.Lord, you were favorable to your land;
You restored the fortunes of Jacob.
You forgave the sins of your people;
You pardoned all their sin.
You withdrew all your wrath;
You turned from your hot anger.
Restore us again, oh God of our salvation;
Put away your indignation toward us.
Will you be angry with us forever?
Will you prolong your anger to all generations?
Will you not revive us again,
So that your people may rejoice in you?
Show us your steadfast love, oh Lord,
And grant us your salvation.
Let me hear what God
For the Lord will speak;
He will speak peace to his people and faithful,
To those who turn to him in their hearts.
Surely his salvation is at hand
For those who fear him,
That his glory may dwell in our land.
Steadfast love and faithfulness will meet;
Righteousness and peace will kiss each other.
Faithfulness will spring up from the ground,
Righteousness will look down from the sky.
The Lord will give what is good,
Whilst our land will yield its increase.
Righteousness will go before him,
It will make a path for his steps.

He sets up victory like walls and bulwarks.
Open the gates, so that there may enter
The righteous nation that keeps faith.
Those of steadfast mind you keep in peace;
In peace because they trust in you.
Trust in the Lord for ever,
For the Lord God is an everlasting rock.
The way of the righteous is level;
You make smooth the path of the righteous.
In the path of your judgments, oh Lord, we wait for you;
Your name and your renown are the soul’s desire.
My soul yearns for you in the night,
My spirit within me earnestly seeks you.
For when your judgments are in the earth,
The inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.
Oh Lord, you will ordain peace for us,
For indeed, all that we have done, you have done for us.

1 Jn 4, 14-15
We have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God shall dwell in him, and he in God.
