Seminar Fees:     $795.00 for three day seminar.  All major credit cards accepted
                           through Pay Pal.
                           Seminar must be paid in full 2 weeks in advance of chosen
                           seminar date.  All OMT instruments will be available for
                           purchase at the seminars
