Given to those sites with extraordinary HP content. As the name says, this award is given once a month.

- Your name
- Your site's name
- Site's URL
- Your email
- Site description
- Which award do you want to win
Note: the award we send you WON'T have the word "sample" on it, and it will say your site's name.
