PTL Program 2013 By Hariono

Indonesia is one of the countries that rich of the culture. One of the Indonesian’s cultures is Pantun. But, recently there are many of our cultures was claimed by another country. So, as the young generations, we are, the students from SMAN Sumatera Selatan (Sampoerna Academy) that has the various cultures because we are come from the different regions would better to take care and conserve of our culture as our job. And also it wil increase our love to our country and to increase the generation’s quality.

By that case we have plan to held the event that we named as “Palembang’s MURI Record for The Most Biggest Participants to Write Pantuns ”. The purpose of this event are to create the new Indonesian’s record that link to the sastra knowledge, besides to increase the interest of the generation to pantun itself and avoid the useless activities of the teenagers like brawl that handle by joining this event. We have expect that it will gives much benefit and fun for all of the parties.

Furthermore, this event is aim to show our real contribution as the students of SMAN Sumatera Selatan (Sampoerna Academy) as the future leader. So, we hope that this activity can act as the place to create and develope the students’ ideas and creativity and as the media to publish generation’s pantun creation. And we wish that for all the parties and the promotors can help this event to be run well and successful. Hopefully the cooperation that we have built will always be ...among as in the next time and in the other activities.

Targets of The Programme (Purpose)

1. Preserve the culture and literature in Indonesia, especially Pantun.

2. Support programs Culture and Tourism Department of Palembang.

3. Promote Palembang city, as the biggest literary community in Indonesia.

4. Develop the student creativity on the literature especially pantun.
