| I really hate the leaders of our society. I damn those who control our culture. they take all that is redeemable in our lives and replace it with empty platitudes. Everything sacred in this country has been replaced by a meaningless token. The goddess Liberty has been buried so that she is as impotent as Jehovah. Instead of freedom we have consumerism, instead of happiness we have disposablility. We are taught lies in history so that we may sympathize with those in power. We are given worthless fairytales as "alternatives" to science. We are told in every way possible that it's either their way or the road to hell. We are taught that it's ok to persecute the individual "freak" or the intellectual "geek." And we do so smilingly, as our passions run toward destroying that which shows us to be inferior. We are terrified of the unfamiliar yet we make no move to ease that fear by becoming more acquainted with it. We have forgotten the true paths to happiness and instead try to purchase substitutes at mini-malls and supermarkets. America is truly a deviant place. | |||||||
