Payment, returns, simulationeous
submission, and all the other stuff
1. We cannot
pay you in $$$ for your submission ... it's all paid in karma
baby!
2. IMPORTANT: Pieces are published on merit only
3. If we deem your piece to not be of a high enough standard,
we will provide feedback
4. We do not return manuscripts. If it is not accepted, it is
deleted. Always keep your own copy!
5. We do accept simultaneous submission, provided that we are
informed that it is such, and that you let us know the instant
you know it has been accepted elsewhere if you haven't heard
from us
6. Rights remain with all authors for their work. If you reproduce
a piece that first appeared in Harbinger, we request that it
is acknowledged (and we like to hear about it so we can see where
our writers end up!)
