| We started showing Sugar at the age of 7 months and she went from novice to Grand Show Champion in less than 1 year. Needless to say, we were bitten by the "show bug" and have been in the ring ever since! Sugar excells in the ring. She took Best of Breed 3 times out of 4 in only her 2nd show weekend in Ontario , CA. She went on to take 2 Champion wins her very first time in the Champion Class. Sugar earned her GRCH title in Antioch , CA in September of 2003. We offer many thanks to her breeders, the Hunter Family in Mariposa, CA. Our Sugar is a very correct mini and has a lot to offer the breed. She will have puppies now and then and is the foundation of the Happy Tails line of Rat Terrier. We will continue to be awed and amazed by our sweet Sugar. We have recently dicovered that she loves to race and has even won a terrier race. Go Sugar!! |

| We thrive to breed only quality dogs. We have done our best to check the background of our dogs for any health problems. To our knowledge none of our dogs ancestors nor off-spring have heart, hips, or patella problems. Athough these problems are very rare in rat terriers, we also do patella and heart testing to help insure that we breed only healthy dogs. Sugar has had her heart checked with excellent results.
