| Customer Policy |
| As a customer in the shop I would ask you only to follow a few guidelines: 1. All pets must be under control when entering the Shop, on leash or in crates. This is for your protection and for any others that may be in the Shop. 2. Also PLEASE have your pets UP TO DATE with the current shots and vaccinations. This is for the protection of your pet as well as any other pets that enter the Shop for care. 3. And remember that no question is an unneccessary one, if it addresses a concern you may have about the care and service I will give your pet. 4. Last but not least, help me to help you care for your friend and companion by letting me know if there are any health problems or concerns that I need to know to effectively care for your pet. |
| Dear Friends, As I embark on this new venture, I want to be sure that I give my clients the best service I can give. I am an honest and fair person and will conduct my business in the same manner. If there are any problems in the future, please feel free to come to me with your concerns. I cannot resolve a problem unless I know about it. I will do my best to remedy it in the best way I know how. I am interested in the well-being of all my clients and the health and well-being of their pets. If I am put in the position of being aware of any mistreatment or danger to any client's pet, I will be forced to report any kind of abuse or neglect to the proper authorities. We must keep in mind that our animal friends have no voice in their care. They give us unconditional love and only deserve the same in return-- they only receive what we give them.
