Web-site prices are for guidance only. When prices are quoted, they are for a specific event only and not binding for other events. Invoices are payable in full within 30 days of the date on the invoice. an administrative surcharge of �5 applies to late payments, unpaid invoices incur intrest of 10% per month due on the 1st of each month following the month after the invoice was issued.
Entertainment is provided at the location, on the date and for the time listed on the invoice. Services are covered by a �2 milion international public liabilaty insurance. The organiser of the event will take full responsibility and every reasonable precaution for the safety of the entertainment team and of the public visiting the event.
Children remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parents/guardians or the organiser of the event at all times. Where the organiser provides furniture for the use of the entertaining team, it is expected to be suitable for the purpose intended, and in good and safe condition. Any agent acting on behalf of the organiser of an event will be deemed responsible to communicate the above requirements to the organiser.
A booking is considered confirmed only if payment of any agreed deposit has been received and accepted. Payment of a deposit implies agreement to these terms and conditions. If a booking is cancelled by the organiser 30 days or more before the event, the deposit will be refunded, after deduction of an administration charge of �5. If a booking is cancelled by the organiser less than 30 days before the event is to take place, the deposit will not be refunded. Full payment of the agreed price is due for an event for which cancellation notice is received 3 working days or less before the date on which the event is meant to take place. Full payment is also due for an event which the entertainer attends but is unable to provide services due to adverse weather or other adverse conditions. In this case a discount may be conceded at our discretion, when the price is higher than the minimum fee that we would charge for such an event. In case of our not being able to attend an event due to unforseeable circumstances, we will attempt to find a replacing entertainer for the booking. Our liabilty will be limited to full refund of any money paid. |
