| The next day Taylor woke up by Ike running through the house. Taylor got out of bed and rubbed his eyes. Before he could get to the door it swung open. "Hey, please tell me that you have Sarah's phone number. She asked me to call and I didn't want to call her yesterday because it would'vebeen to soon. I didn't wanna look desperate. I was going to call her today" Ike said panicking. Taylor replied, "Ike calm down I'll just call Felicity and ask her for Sarah's number." "Ok good idea". Ike said as he started to calm down. Taylor picked up the phone and called Felicity. "Hello", Felicity answered. HeyFelicity, can you give me Sarahs number? Ike lost it"Taylor said. She replied,"Sure", she gave him the number. "Thank you so much. Ike wants to call her now, so I'll call you after he gets off" Taylor said thankfully. Felicity replied, "Cool, I'll be waiting, Bye" "Ok, Bye", Taylor continued, "Oh Felicity one more thing. I love you.!" Taylor hung up and Felicity still had the phone to her ear with her mouth wide open. Taylor handed Ike Sarah's number and Ike quickly dialed Sarah's number. "Hello" Ike heard Sarah's voice. "Hey Sarah, what are you doing today? This is Isaac by the way", Ike said. Sarah replied, "nothing." Ike asked, "would you like to come to my house for a cook out it's my dad's birthday and we're having a big party. We're going to sing and everything." She replied, "Sure, I'd like that." "I'll pick you up at one" Ike stated. Sarah replied, "cool I can't wait. Well I guess I'll let you go now. I've got to get ready." Ike replied, "Ok, I'll see you then bye" They hung up and Sarah started to get ready. "Ike, dad's birthday is today?" Taylor asked. Ike replied, "yes, don't tell me you forgot?" "Yes, I completely forgot. I didn't even get him a present. Do you think Felicity can come?" Taylor answered him. Ike replied, "Ok it's a good thing I got you a present to give dad, so you owe me 20 bucks. And yeah it would be ok to invite her. Zac invited April from the party. I think he really likes her." "Cool man, you saved me once again. What would I do without you" Taylor said with a sign of relieve. Then he called Felicity, "hello" she answered. "Hey, I'd told you that I would call you back. You wanna come to a cook out today, it's my dad's birthday." Felicity replied, "Sure I'd love too." "Cool I'll pick you up at 2:30. I hate to rush off but I've got to go help my mom with the food", Taylor said. Before they relized it, it was 2:30. Ike, Taylor and Zac all went to go pick up Sarah, Felicity, and April. When the got back to the hanson's house the girls met walker and diane. Ike introduced, "mom, dad this is Sarah, Felicity, and April. This is my mom and dad, Diane and Walker Hanson." Diane replied, " nice to meet you girls, I'm glad you cam." "Shouldn't you be gettingready to play", Mr. Walker suggested. The guys got all of their instruments to gether and set them up. Ike tested the microphones, "testing, testing, 1, 2, 3." After everything was set up the guys went inside to hangout with the girls. "So I take it that everybody knows everybody" Ike said as he walks into the room, the girls were all talking. "Duh, Ike they were all at Sarah's birthday party." Zac said ash rolled his eyes. "Yeah, Felicity, April and I have been friends since the first grade", Sarah replied. Just then Avery walked in" look Ike I'm Dorathy from The Wizard of OZ" Ike Replied "yeah I see. Avery these are our new friends Sarah, Felicity and April."Avery smiled, "hey, my name is Avery. I'm going to go play now." Felicity and Sarah Busted out laughing."OK, don't even think about it", April said as her face started to turn red. Felicity replied, "I'm sorry April but we've got to tell them." Zac asked, "tell us what?" "Ok", Sarah said, "one time." Zac jumped in,"at band camp." Sarah laughed, "no, we went on a church youth group trip to Pensacola, FL. We stoped at McDonalds to get something to eat. We were just to get back on the bus. April was acting silly and started walking the yellow curb. As she was walking it she was singing 'I'm following the yellow brick road'. All of a sudden April laost her footing and fell into the bushes." Everyone started laughing except April, "well you and Felicity were just standing there I said just don't stand there and laugh help me up." " I was laughing so hard I thought I was going to be on the ground with her", Felicity said wile laughing. "Oh, come on April you know you wanna laugh", Sarah replied. Zac blurded out, "see that's what I like about you, April. You are just as silly and goofy as I am." April smiled, " Thank You!" Isaac, Taylor, and Zac all went to show the girls there rooms. "This is my room", Ike said as he opened the door of his room. Sarah walked in with Ike following her. "Cool room", Sarah replied. Ike sat down on his bed, "thank you." Sarah set down beside him nearviously. There was a moment of silance. Ike looked at his hands, they were claming and shaking. 'Come on, you are setting by a beautiful girl don't clam up now. just go ahead and ask her', he thought to himself. "Sarah" Ike asked " will you go out with me." Sarah smiled and leaned over towards Ike. She slowly gets closer and kisses him on the lips. He kisses her back, "I take that as a yes." Sarah smiles and noddes yes. every body went down stairs. The guest started to arrive." Ok bous, it's time to rock-n-roll" Walker said to Hanson. Jessica got on the stage to announced her brothers, "well we are all gathered here to celabrate my dad's birthday. But what would a celebration be without a little music. Put your hands together fomy brothers, Hanson." "Hey everybody we'd like to start the night off by singing happy birthday to our loving father ,Walker Hanson" Ike announced. sung 'Happy Birthday' and Johnny Be Good. Th"This is our last song for tonight> this song is for a very special someone", Taylor announced thenthey played 'If Only'. After they finished playing Zac walke up to April. Can I have this dance" he asked April. She replied, "yes you may." He tooke her by the hand and rapped his arm around her waste. Then Zac put his mouth up to her ear and whispered, "will you go out with me?" April replied, "yes I will." They continued Dancing all through the night. Felicity's dad picked her, Sarah and April up from the party. The guys helped their parents pick up all the trash and left overs from the party. Afterwards, Zac called April, "Hello" she answered. "Hey, I thought that I would just call to say goodnight and that I had a blast with you to night. And I'm glad that you came." April replied, "I had a blast too." They said goodnight to each other and hung up. Zac fell asleep while thinking of April. |
