Please take a second to look over the details you are about to supply. Anything incorrect will obviously show on your completed drawing and mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards. Your drawing will commence as soon as your payment is received and cleared. If you supply an e-mail address, a smaller copy of the completed product will be sent to you when the finished article has been posted.
Once this form has been sent, I will confirm your order in a return e-mail. If I do not receive payment within 14 days, the order will be considered as cancelled. If you feel that was in error, please re-send the order form.
If you can supply a photo, this would be a great help at getting your vehicle just right. Printed copies may slightly differ in colour, so please make sure this is the correct colour as again, mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards.
Please make Cheques or Bankers Drafts payable to ( P. Stevens ). DO NOT SEND CASH !. A bankers draft will guarantee a quicker delivery as your funds are guaranteed in your account, so payment isn't necessarily needed to be cleared first. Please make sure that any amount you send is the required amount, including the drawing, any extras and all postage and packaging. If there is an error and the amount sent is short, I will contact you to inform you of the difference. This will give you time, to either cancel and re-send another cheque for the correct amount, or send a cheque for the difference.
If the amount you send is more than the required amount, On completion of your drawing and postage to you, I will send a cheque for the amount overpaid. In any instance, when I confirm your order, I will confirm at the same time, the amount you need to find. Please only send funds in ( � GBP ). Any other currency cannot be accepted. |
