Meadow 1
The first meadow area beyond the playground and car park used to be a mown lawn.

At present it is left uncut, with long grass containing Docks, Meadow Buttercup and Lesser Stitchwort. Enchanter's Nightshade and Forgetmenots can also be found, and Red Bartsia appears late in the season.

A dip in the ground towards the railway fence is filled with Hogweed, Nettles and Thistles.
