1. Copy and Paste the following form onto something like wordpad
2. Print it out
3. Fill it out completely using a nice sharp pen
4. Please remember to sign it
5. Be sure to include $1.00 US for each member form
6. Put it in a self addressed stamped envelope
7. Mail it to HSGC 306 East Main St. - Pottsboro,Tx - 75076

I know you may have some questions, so let me see if I can answer them.

Q. Why do I have to fill this form out and send it in?

A. We need to have you on file as a member so you can enjoy all the member events.

Q. Is Halloween the only time we will meet?

A. We have meetings and gatherings other than just Halloween! We have planning sessions, parties, cook outs and will try to hold fund raisers!

Q. What do I get as a member?

A. You get to come to all the meetings and events and you get your own personal HSGC Member card and number.

Q. Why do I have to send in $1.00 US?

A. That pays for the materials to make you a card and mail it back to you.

Q. How old do I have to be to become a member?

A. We ask that you be 18 years of age or older. If someone under the age of 18 wants to become a member, they need to have a parent/guardian join with them. The parent/guardian needs to fill out a seperate form and send it in at the same time.
