82-CCP602. Daimler CD650 with East Lancs bodywork. Should say "Coachwork" as they were wonderfully finished inside, like the Willowbrook Regents for Hebble. Unfortunatley plagued with mechanical problems which were never fully sorted, they were nevertheless magnificent vehicles. For the heavy steering, the driver is about to take it around Wards End roundabout. But no medals afterwards.
BJX 57, Regent III - Roe lowbridge vehicles, one of a small class. Seen here coming along St.James Road along the top of Crossfield bus station.
244 Another of the Regent III - Roe lowbridges. Seen here cutting down from Pellon Lane to enter the Hebble stand of Crossfield bus station, probably straight from Walnut St. garage.
