| Brendan joined the club in February 2001 following the dismissal of Alan Moore. Phillips, a midfielder with Boston, Nuneaton and Shepshed in his playing days he embarked on a successful managerial career with Bedworth, Stafford and Nuneaton. Non-League manager of the year in 1999. |  |

| Colin re-joined the club in September 2000 as general manager after a brief spell out of the game. As a player Brookes featured for Barnsley, West Bromwich Albion and Machester United. He originally joined the club in the mid 90's from West Midlands Police. |  |
| neil smith - player/coach | |
| This is Neil's first coaching position which he took in the summer of 2002. A well-traveled midfielder Smith has played for Rushden, Redditch, Hednesford, Stafford and Shrewsbury. Still registered as a player he is now in his second spell with the club. |  |
