002 Date 4/6/03 Halesowen have been dealt a cruel blow following their relegation to the Dr Martens Western Division as several senior players have opted to leave.  The most notable departure is that of captain Lee Collins (pictured) who has joined Moor Green. Also leaving are Les Hines and Gavin Stone, they have switched to Hednesford Town and Hinckley United respectivley. Meanwhile controversial goalkeeper Tim Clarke has been released along with former Aston Villa trainee Michael Blackwood whilst Richard Leadbeater has signed for Western Division rivals Redditch United. Former Southport midfielders Gary Bauress and Neil Gibson have both joined JP Hughes Mitsubishi League side Aberystwyth Town. There is no news from loan signing Mark Danks although he is rumoured to be in talks with Kidderminster. Lee Williams is currently looking for work and has not made a descision concerning his future. Although it is not all doom and gloom for the Yeltz as promising youngsters Gary Hateley and Jason Ashby have committed themselves to the club as well as player of the season Richard Colwell.
