What you need to know.
Our stories takes place(most of the time) in the magical land of Candia, where dragons fly and polar bears roam free. The rolling hills that of white, and the mountains that touch the sky. Yet, it was spring so the rolling white hills were now rolling mudslides that cause freak accidents and many deaths.
There is a rumor, that when someone dies, things lurk and watch in silence, Leading the souls to the afterlife. OH WOW! Are THEY wrong! These lurkers don�t necessarily show up AFTER the death, most of the time they cause it. And most of the time its just the one of them that causes it. And it was only because she was either A: bored or B: hungry. The whole thing about leading the souls to the afterlife is bullshit. Who�s ever job that is, has really got to get bored of all the questions after a while.
These two things that are usually around the area of any freak accident would be Draine and Paradox. Draine, being the oldest, and less psychotic. Paradox, being young and completely off the fucking edge.
Draine was a demon bat, crossed with human characteristics making her a hybrid. Yet for some odd reason she was blue.
For being a demon Draine was quiet attractive. Blue fur, White hair, Large blue and violet wings. She stood about 5�8. but normally used her wings to raise herself up and tower over the mortal humans.
Paradox on the other hand, She was a Satyr. Human crossed with a Sheep. Her lower half baring hooves and long tanned fur. Her upper half being a very attractive human. This is of course excluding her 10 inch horns. Paradox always has a weapon on her. Normally, her trusty kitchen knife.
Paradox has a large X shaped scar over the left side of her chest. She says her heart was cut out. Yet she is still alive and moving. So yah.. Now that you know who and were everything is� On to the Stories!
