Don't ask me why I've decided to return to update my blog board. Probably it's because this is the last day of the Monkey Year and IN comes the Rooster (my 2nd cycle)..Time Flies. The image of my Pri 6 days are still so clear, playing zero point,hop scotch and doing lotsa PSLE past year papers back in 1993... Now in 2005, in university doing my IA semester. The transition seems like a dream. haha. Enough of Back to the Future stories. Had a company CNY celebration yesterday, there are lotsa games like tombola (similar to bingo) and also lucky draw. (though the prizes are not worth mentioning lor)..lolz. Then after work, met up with Seet and gang to play DOTA. I din realise that a one stop mrt journey from jurong east to Clementi can take as long as 50 mins to travel there via bus. When I finally got to clementi, it's already 7.15pm. Pissed off, I took the mrt at clementi and I got to parklane at 7.45pm.... No way that I am gonna take that bus again.. luckily my gd grades for my intersem research module redeems my mood for the horrible bus trip..haha.

Went to school today for a Global Immersion Programme and was an eye opener. I learnt that more people are willing to step out of singapore nowadays. Perhaps the proverb about the foreign moon is always rounder might be true... hah. We were now at the crossroads of the world with the freedom to choose to live as a global citizen. It was unlike our fore-fathers days, where they have to leave their homeland to find a better living. They were once told that after they earn enough money overseas, they could upgrade their living standards back at home. Most of them actually settled down in a foreign land with their new found family, but remitted money back to their loved ones in the end. Hopefully, this new trend of global living will enable one to have a more enriching life and at the same time, return to their homeland to pass on the experience and skills to the next generation. ok, enough of serious talks. haha..
Watched Spiderman 2 yesterday and it was no doubt the best show that I saw this year. The whole movie comprises of all the elements that spells success. Check out my movie review 2 for more details. ;-)

This site is still alive! Just back from Harry Potter movie, it was quite entertaining. Though it may seem childish to most adults, but it's enjoyable since all of us in our late teens could still relate to our distant childhood fantasies. Harry and friends are really growing up fast, they could hardly be referred to as kids anymore... haha. =)

My first blog entry in the new year of 2004! I have been busy with too many various commitments in this new year.... was rushing my lab report for the past few days too.. finally submitted today and is waiting to attend a matlab course now. This is my holiday week and I haven't got a chance to take a breather yet...hmm.. probably gonna find some time this evening to have some fun. I shall talk abt my experience at the Impressario Concert last Friday. I was quite disappointed with this year's concert as compared to last year's. First, the special guests were Celest Chong and Yong Bang last year. This year, there's only newbies like Tang Xiao Kang who didn't really impress me. Next, the chinese solo and group contestants are nowhere comparable to last year's standard. The only surprise and redeeming feature of the performance is from the dance category and one of the original compostition. As usual, the dance performances never fail to entertain the spectators. The winner is a group of girls called 'Water Babes' who gave a spectacular display of water ballet on the stage.

Thanks to Kim Teck for burning me the emulator CD, I played Dungeons and Dragons this afternoon and enjoyed myself...heez.. Back to reality, tomorrow is judgement day, moi results are gonna be out... The fear in me is growing, as it draws nearer to the receiving of my scholastic report. Hope I can clear all subjects... I had planned a timetable with Dexter's help, wonder if I am lucky enough to get the slots too... So many things coming up in next week... hope I survive the oncoming onslaught...

Time flies! It's exactly a month, since I last update this site. The IHPT is finally ending soon and we tried to do the integration today with many unforseen problems. The Professors looked so stressed and serious today, that I thought they were ready to give their all just to impress the judges on Monday...haha... =) Went out with Bear, Xianghui and Wenkang in the evening, it's quite some time since I last saw them. Had dinner at Crytal Jade and luckily, the la mian that I ate is appealing enough to my taste..haha... Then we headed to Kino and if they had benches like Borders, I would find a day and stay there for a full whole day..haha..They have books that cover all my interest! Played pool at 8 and then I found out that my hands are trembling, because of the cold temperature.. as u guessed, the aiming was poor...so I didn't really play as well...hmm...
