Unfortunatly Haggis Hurlers term has come to an end, and we must make way for a new St. Andrew's Academy enterprise company. We thank all schools, companies, and customers that helped us raise so much money for charity, and hope you will all be as helpful to future enterprise companies. |

Welcome to The Haggis Hurlers, the sixth year enterprise company of St Andrews Academy, Saltcoats. This is now the programs fourth year in the school and is part of the education scheme of Achievers International. The ultimate aim of the company is to give the participating pupils a chance to experience the business world. The company is divided into six teams, so the work load is spread across the team. The team meets once or more a week to discuss issues such as products, fund raising and school events such as school disco's. So far the company has raised hundreds of pounds for charity.

The company sells a variety of products ranging from traditional Scottish confectionary to Charles Rennie Mackintosh jewellery. These items are great value and make great gifts for special occasions. To see our product range, click the Products on the left menu bar.
All profits made by the company go to charity. Last years company, Inter Alba, gave away hundreds of pounds to a variety of causes both home and abroad. We aim to follow in their footsteps and if possible, raise even more money.
Our company is in close contact with a school in Germany and in America. These schools are our "partner" schools in this business expedition. We also have a contact in Aman from near Accra in Ghana and have been in contact with them for some time.
