Haani is an Arabic word, which is an attributes of Allah and meaning is Happy or Delighted. Haani Food Services & Co. is a unique Muslim corporation in DFW area working to provide Jabiha Halal foods for the community. Company has started by three Bangladeshi brothers Mr. Naeem Jahangir, Mr. Jumma Khan, and Mr. Mohammed Zaman Khan and also by the dedication of their families in 2002. This sole proprietary company becomes Haani Food Services Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) in February 2003 by including two more brothers as partners. They are Mr. Shakeel Ahmed and Mr. Anisur Rahman Khan. Haani is a finance free corporation and build by the rules of Allah subahanatala and by the sunah of Prophet Muhammed (BPUH). Inshallah, pretty soon 40% of the corporation will be owned by public. Stock can be purchased only by the halal money.

The corporation has three different entities:

1.Haani Meat Processing Center
2.Haani restaurant
3.Haani Grocery Store + Restaurant

Haani restaurant has already established great confidence in the community. Haani Food Services LLC is committed to open semi fast food restaurants in every Muslim community throughout the United States (Inshallah!). Restaurant will serve quality jabiha halal food from around the world. Currently we are serving close to 100 different foods from different countries. We are serving American Food, Bangladeshi Food (It covers most popular foods from Indian Subcontinent), Italian Food, and Middleastern Food. Why so many different foods? Answer is simple � here,we have Muslim from around the world.

At Haani, our Mission is to make jabiha halal foods available to Muslim community in the United States by the direct supervision of Muslim community. Haani Food Services LLC. has already started Haani Restaurant and is in process of starting Haani Jabiha Meat Processing Center in June of 2003 (inshallah). Corporation will have a board of 12 (It might be less than 12 at the beginning-I have talked to our Imam about it) Muslim Scholars from DFW area. Inshallah, in future the board member will be elected by 60% vote of community and 40% vote of Haani Food Services LLC. The board will inspect Haani Jabiha Meat Processing Center and Haani Restaurant twice a year officially. However, they are most welcome to visit any of Haani facilities without prior notice to observe the quality of the food, service and cleanliness of the facilities. Board will have a power to close any facilities they are not satisfy with a notice of one week unless the problem has been fixed. The board will also advise and monitor about the Jabiha process and about the halal food at the Haani Food Services LLC. The reason we are willing to have an independent board is that we want Haani Food Services LLC. to serve the community with highest quality and purity in Jabiha and in Halal food even when we the founder of the company passed away. So, our children and their children and generation to comes don�t have to live in doubt about the food they eat. It doesn�t matter how rich or big the company become the core principle of the company will stay the same.
