Biography Jay was born in Ventura,Ca.After apprenticeship he travelled around and even owned a few shops. Working with the world famous Rosini gypsy tour at conventions and in Sturgis sharpened his skills. He finally made it to Moscow, ID where he now practices his fine art.Jay is happy to be celebrating 16 years of tattooing, and hopes to have many more. |
