1. MINIMUM IS 15% UP TO $500,000.00
2. Commissions on $500,000.00 and up the range is 1% - 3%.
3. All expenses are charged at cost + 5% administrative charges.
4. Overtime hours (i.e.; weekly hours in excess of 40 hours) of Personal Time other than those involved in project management will be charged at 150% of the
regular rates indicated at time of contracts.
5. Days spent away from the offices. A minimum of 3 days for pre and post-trip/s
preparation is charged on all trips.

1. Hourly Rate = $...250/hr.
2. Research & Development = $...200/hr.
3. Small Business Start-ups Hourly = $...175/hr.
4. Internet Research = $...125/hr/$15.00/hr min of 3 hrs.
5. Telephone Consulting = $...75/hr.
6. Use of Vehicle = $...1.50/mile.
7.Travel Time = $...30.00/hr.
8. Accommodation at site =$...350/day.
COST + 15%
1. Services of other consultants, contractors, et al.
2. Hire additional equipment, including time of any delays listed in billing.
3. Expendable items such as perishables.
4. Specific materials for a given project; ie, permit fees, etc.
5. Communications (phone calls, fax, email, courier, ups, FedEx, etc).
6. Special Insurance for specific projects.
7. In House Research, writing reports, proposals, Board of Director meetings, etc.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are required. Usually 1/3 down 3 weeks before the project date is agreed
upon.
