Men of the Carvan
Marcellus- " Head musician"
He plays the bagpipes and is often picked-on for his unusual taste and modern thinking. He acts as a 'right hand man' to his brother-in-law Nickolia. He always wants to learn more, try new things, and converse with different people. The majority of the time he is talking with a stranger than blowing in to his pipe. His wife died when she gave birth to his youngest son Dominic and her still talks of her lovlyingly. Forgetful and experimental he is known to accidentaly burn down a wagon or two. A skilled swordman and is well versed in weaponry, he carries with him a collection of weaponry up to 1530.
Ezekiel - " Musicain" flute
He is physically the 'weakling' of the band though in no way mentally. He is perhaps the most trustworthy person one will ever meet. He has taught himself how to read and write and loves to teach others. A skilled poet he often writes ballads for his love interest, Ekatherina( whom he is secertly encaged with), to sing. His deep voice seems unusual with his skiny frame but the oddest thing about him is how he can attract women. Perhaps its his shy-boy appeal or the fact that he is a hopeless romantic....or perhaps because everyone wants a virgin.
The opposite from his older brother Ezekiel, he is the larger one of the two. His muscles match his ego which he plays outwardly. He usually tries to convince the wild and appealing Mesoneralla to stay by his side. Despite his ego he is 'blind as a bat' when it comes to other's views of him.Especially his bestfriend Colida's feelings for him. He is some what envious of his brother's ablity to charm women however he is still good natured and friendly. He is some what slow to realize the obvious, such as throwing a drunk man's drink to the floor is a open invite to a fight.
Dominic- " Musicain" Drums
The slient, mysterious stranger he is skilled at pickpocketing and remaining in the shadows. He has problems expressing himself positively and leans toward violent means of creativy. He is enamoured of Vicaralla but is so afriad of rejection that he finds it difficult to form more than five syllables in her presence. In his mind he has been with Vicaralla since he first met her, and even keeps poems he has writen to and about her. It is said that he is one of the King's Knights that ran out on his duties but no one knows for sure. Not all together a ruthless character he is still prone to chivalry. He disappeared from the famila when Andrae'a arrived, but since his disappear he was been unwantingly following the carvan.Several threating letters have been found that he will return and take Vicaralla back.
Alastair- " The Pickpocket"
[ occasionaly he plays a stringe instrument]
