I was born in Shanghai, China, and I was raised by this city for over 20 years before I came to the States. There are 1000 pieces of reasons that I can name why I love Shanghai so much.

I completed my education up to high school in Shanghai. In that month when I earned my high school diploma, I got my first job. Before then, I didn't even know what kind of job I would like to do. However, definitely, I am the type of person who is willing to devote herself to any work. Think back of those seven years, with so much tears and laughter, I grew up and became more thoughtful and stronger. Everyday I was learning. Beginning from my first job, I did most of adminstrative work. I love this kind of job because I can be trained so systematically, and also because of PEOPLE. I could know so many kinds of people varied from different fields and levels. Working for a computer company of Shenzhen, most of my colleagues and clients still treated me as their kid, very kindly. In a consulting company, I learned and tended to be more independent. I made many friends at that time, especially in the field of travel/tourism, who are still keeping in touch with me now. I had my happiest time while I was working in JDEdwards. I felt so lucky that I got known most of my wonderful colleagues, or say, friends, in JDE.

Now I am living in San Diego with my husband. For making up all I missed on my education, I am studying at University of California, San Diego. I never stopped studying after I graduated from high school because I think people need to replenish and enrich their knowledges unceasingly. I choose Computer Science as my major, because that is my choice I already made back in China, and the one that I thought very seriously while I was still working.

In my spare time, I watch a lot of movies. Learning all kinds of entertainment news is one of my hobbies. I am a zealous fan for movie stars' dressing and their hot stuff. Among tons of movies, the one mixing with romance and comedy is my favorite. I also like watching many teen-aged movies.

As for my future, no one knows. But I think I will love to go back to Shanghai and find out one right position as my long time career. Whatever it is, one day all my dreams will come true.
