| Back to part 1 Ons Leven (part two) "Daddy? Can we go pick up papa?" A young girl asked as her father drove out of the public parking plaza. Duo looked at his daughter through his rear- view mirror. Her Prussian blue eyes shining ever so. He sighed and looked at Belldandy sitting next to him in the passenger seat. She simply smiled and shrugged. "You'll see him later Trin. Right now I have to go home, cook, and drop you and Belldandy of at the store to buy a new bathing suit." "Duo" He looked to the woman next to him as he heard some foreign sternness in the usually soft voice. "You should go rest. You've been at work since this morning. I'll take care of dinner, and I'll take my car to take her shopping." She turned around and looked at the little girl in the back seat of the car. "You'd like that won't you?" Trinity nodded eagerly. Duo sighed, he couldn't argue against two women. .. Heero almost sighed as he finally walked out of the building. Even an emotionless person can handle only so much of women's ranting. He wasn't sure if his CO-workers were more ecstatic about going on a cruise, or being with him on a boat. He'd mentioned to Duo what it was like at work; but he could just imagine what the other man would say when he sees all those drooling girls. Not to mention that Duo was not allowed to be under too much stress with his current condition. He'd thought of Duo's condition. Duo shouldn't be making this trip, but he wasn't able to convince him not to go. He soothed himself with the thought that the worse part of Duo's pregnancy had already past. His body won't start changing for about four more months. "Heee~ro!!" That shrieking voice brought him out of his thought. He turned around in time to see "her" clomp him. "You know something Heero? This cruise will be so romantic. I can just see it." She let go of his torso, and clung to his arm instead waving her hand around as she explained. "The moonlight, the waves, the sea breeze, oooooh! I can just see us together on that white deck, drinking champagne." He snorted, he knew that reasoning with this girl was hopeless. The last time he'd mentioned to her that the "rumors" of his spouse were indeed true, she dismissed it as a subtle form of flattery. "You know Heero, I've heard that lovers ignite on romantic tours like this." He almost choked as she winked at him giving his arm a firm squeeze. "Relena, I'm bringing my spouse." There, he said it! Plain and simple! For everyone else, but this is Relena were talking about. The girl that's as dense as a brick. She looked at him for a second, hopefully computing what he'd just said. "Or maybe a martini, with those cute little umbrellas in them. And ooooh I have the perfect bathing suit. It's a two-piece, and it's so sex...I mean....adorable. And...." Or not Heero merely rolled his eyes, and resisted the urge to sigh...again. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>End part 2 <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Onto Part 3 Back Home Send comments to: [email protected] |
