| Chopper moved back downhill, spotting SPECTRE, below the ridge. Laying down 3 fast snap shots, he just missed. Spectre backed off and then moved up quickly, Hitting Chopper with his SUPERMAS. Dodger had repositioned and having gone through all of his MP mags, turned to his SPAS12 shotgun. Starting to reload, he put down the occassional shot. Creaser, Butch and Axeman, took up defensive positions on the plateau. Firing at Wraith and Spectre. Razer was beside the top bunker, taking fire from at least 3 ALPHA team. Butch's M1 TOMMY GUN broke down, so he went onto a spare FNP90 and continued the skirmish. Chopper rejoined and moved over to Creaser's position. Aiming up with the 500fps bolt action, he fired several shots at Wraith, forcing him back, with near misses. Paxo had rejoined the game and came back down to the ridge, only to get HIT by Spectre, who popped up from 6m away! Closing in on the bunker, Spectre lay down some accurate shots, only to be shot out, in the crossfire. |
| Wraith and MANTIS concentrated on Razer. MANTIS was now pretty close. Wraith let off a long burst into Razer's position, using up most of his last magazine. He repositioned, only to find his head was ontop of an ants nest. They went into frenzy and began to crawl all over his Faceviel! "GET THEM OFF, GET THEM OFF!" he yelled and forgot about shooting for the minute. Deciding to bug out, ALPHA made a run back downhill, falling over as they went. MANTIS and Wraith jogged down to Bear's bunker, covering each other's movements. Stopping to reload, they kept quiet. |
| Stinger and Striker had finished the PATROL Task after finally finding the last Control. 4 Points to CHARLIE. Moving off towards the ALPHA camp, they intended a quick raid. After a brief skirmish, they withdrew and headed back to CHARLIE camp, along the high ground. Both teams were told to have all players back at the SAFEZONE with all kit (including flag and Tag Zone.) to complete the EXTRACTION TASK. This was worth 5 points. Everyone packed up and headed off to the SAFEZONE. There was no contact and everyone made it back on time. 5 points for both Teams. GAME OVER. |

In order to do so, they had attempted as many TASKS as possible. They had also mounted several attacks in force (4+ players) on the CHARLIE camp. Minimal time had been spent in their own camp, cooking or resting. Finally, ALPHA had used radios to allow their small number, to spread out and cover plenty of ground. Men of the Match: ALPHA = Wraith, CHARLIE = PAXO. Everyone packed up and went home......... |
