| Being oppertunists, TMA saw what to do next. Moving 50m to the SAFEZONE's Eastern exit, They set up a Snap Ambush. 30 seconds later, RAZER was seen to leave the SAFEZONE and enter the game. Moving within 10m of PHANTOM, his was HIT by a single shot. "MOVE OUT!" came the call and 4 players stood up from around RAZER and quickly manouevred off to the west. Checking their rear. Both teams regrouped at their camps and consumed some fluids. The day was starting to heat up now and everyone was sweating profusely. TASKS were offerd to both Co-Ordinators. ALPHA accepted a FIELDCRAFT TASK. With Dodger and Chopper moving down to Sniper Point to set about building a new position. Taking it in turns to cover while the other laboured. The rest of ALPHA defended the camp, with STINGER, RAZER and STICK moving off to the fern fields on a perimeter patrol. While the rest sat in sentry positions. |

| TMA were offered a TASK that required them to man their OP from yesterday and report anything they observed. Wasting no time, they set in single file, up the steep west path. Skirting around the plateau, they entered the fern fields. Spectre changed PHANTOM's local cam to ferns, as they paused for a breather. Pushing on, they moved in the shade by the fenceline. Moving at a reasonable pace. The ALPHA patrol heard movement and got down in the ferns, counting 3 of TMA moving past. They began to follow, along the same path. |

| TMA neared the edge of the ferns and spotted CHOPPER 200m away, building the bunker at Sniper Point. PHANTOM watched him through his optics. Remembering that he was the tailman, PHANTOM turned to check his rear and was suprised to see STINGER looking straight at him from 20m behind. Wasting no time, PHANTOM shouted "Bugging Out!" and ran through his own team. Before Stinger could bring his m24 up, the target was gone. SPECTRE spotted STINGER and opened up with his SUPERMAS. "HIT!" |
| PAPABEAR and SPECTRE took cover eitherside of a tree. While PHANTOM and G-MAN dropped downhill 20m and started to move in. RAZER popped up from the ferns and all 4 players shot at him. Spectre suddenly realised that there was DPM only 5m away in the ferns. Signalling to PAPABEAR to keep down, Spectre aimed up. firing on semi, he got a "HIT!" on STICK. RAZER pulled back and PHANTOM made sure the area was clear. TMA regrouped. |
| CHOPPER and DODGER had finished the BUNKER, after hearing the firefight. They scored 2 points for the TASK and began to push uphill towards their camp. TMA pressed on along the fenceline, passing their OP. "Don't let them get to the high ground." advised Spectre. PHANTOM pressed on with SPECTRE a couple of metres behind. GHOSTSHELL had been layed down, on sentry in the long grass for some time now. He was cammed with grass and set his M4 to Auto. PHANTOM and SPECTRE came into view closing in on his position. He held his fire. "Watch out for an ambush!" SPECTRE commented. PHANTOM looked at a bush 20m away and could see a water bottle under it. He stopped and then realised that a piece of DPM was only 3m away! |
