CHOPPER spotted movement 30m downhill and called the patrol to a halt. Signalling FACEMAN's position, Section 3 spread out to attack.
CHOPPER's
AK opened up first, forcing the BUSHPIG behind a tree. RAZER advanced getting a croosfire on FACEMAN. Pinning him down. LEMMING moved quickly to flank.

BRAVO's section 3 reached the west fenceline (between both teams camps) and radioed section 2 for an ETA. The reply was 10 minutes.
Chopper realised that only minutes remained, before the RECCE TASK cut off at 5pm. So advised RAZER to move downhill towards SCAREY CORNER. They hoped to locate CHARLIE's FLAG.

CHARLIE were feeling the presure of only having 4 players. APOC was away on RECCE and had been out of radio contact for some time now. CHURCHILL was sat on sentry near the FOXHOLES whith FACEMAN covering the main ridge and NAPOLEON on the low ground. They would try and hold this perimeter.
Section 2 arrived, along the low ground. Spotting FACEMAN returning to the game, STRIKER opened fire with STIMPY, scoring a "HIT!" (5:00) on the unlucky BUSHPIG.

CHOPPER and RAZER advanced onto the ridge, where they spotted CHARLIE's FLAG 15m away. Covering with his AK, CHOPPER watched from the high ground. While RAZER moved down and snatched the FLAG.

"BUG OUT, BUG OUT!" CHOPPER shouted and BRAVO disengaged.

NAPOLEON wants revenge
Withdrawing to a safe position, CHOPPER got on the radio and informed the MARSHALS of the CHARLIE FLAGS Grid Reference. 2 minutes before cut off, BRAVO scored 3 points for a successful RECCE.
ALPHA had finished their FIELDCRAFT TASK and had been scored 4 points for their defensive position. They retreated to the PLATEAU itself and settled down for some food.
BRAVO had returned to their camp and set up defensive duties. Some sentried or patrolled, while other's ate a much needed meal.
CHURCHILL had been sat all afternoon on sentry and now it paid off. LEMMING ran oblivious into his 4 X28 sight. Opening fire, he got the TAG (4:47).
CHURCHILL lays in wait
Seeing a small piece of FACEMAN, CHOPPER lay down a heavy burst, scoring a "HIT!" (4:50) Wasting no time, the survivors of section 3 advanced. Moving behind a tree, CHOPPER suddenly saw movement in the ferns 5m away. Switching to semi (for safety) he opened up. "There's someone in these ferns!" he informed RAZER.
CHURCHILL returned fire and the firefight began to esculate. It was a desperate situation indeed.
RAZER poured in some support fire, while CHOPPER snap shot around the tree. RAZER's mag ran dry and he dropped onto his WILSON gas pistol. Peeking round the tree, CHOPPER could no longer see his opponent. "He must have moved" he informed RAZER.
Then leaning around the other side of the tree, he was nearly hit by a burst from CHURCHILL's FNP90. Resorting to Full auto, CHOPPER let off a long burst, finally scoring a "HIT!" (4:53)
Meanwhile APOC had crawled onto the PLATEAU from the west. Realising that time was nearly up for the RECCE, he looked around for the FLAG. Unable to spot it, he guessed it was uphill in the fern fields. Picking a Grid Reference, he scored 3 points with only 30 seconds to go.
NAPOLEON realised that their FLAG had been stolen and wanted revenge. Deciding to get a TASK underway, he chose FIELDCRAFT and set about making a defensive structure, that would be well cammed up.
