The year is a new one, called NEO 0010, new technologies are growing, and so is the tension between the people of the universe; if you were told peace was finally brought throught the people, you were told wrong.
Gundams and their pilots are forming factions: Zeon, Neo-Zeon, Titans, Earth Federation, OZ and AEUG. Some ally, like OZ and AEUG, some fight to the death like Neo-Zeon and Zeon. New mobile suits with awesome powers protect bases with unimmagianable defences that take more than four Gundams to break.
The new weapons that are bieng developed may take out 20 to 21 MS's at a time; the old I-feild barrier has been rendered useless because of new weapons. The factions fight over bases so that they can control the planets. More and more pilots are being recruited in to go out and be destroyed by one shot of a Gundams Hyper Mega Particle Cannon, or Giant Atomic Bazooka, the end of awesome power might never come.
For every weapon comes an armor/system tha can deflect that weapons shot. MS's that were useless back in the old days are getting weapon and armor upgrades to where they can take out one Gundam by themselves.
Factions clash with their new members, weapons and mobile suits from the markets. A new organization destroyed Earth, and now another wants to rid of the EF.
Brothers who faught side-by-side to protect Earth are now fighting face-to-face, factions are stealing others technology, but are also making their own.
