Reservation and Advance deposit:
Making a reservation with Romaan International is easy. You just complete and send the reservation form making sure that you have given us your e-mail address and valid credit card. As soon as we receive your request we will contact your chosen hotel to confirm the reservation. It is our policy to reply to all requests within 24 to 48 hours. All reservations will be followed up within a few hours with emails to confirm your booking or suggest to you alternative solutions if the hotel been fully booked. After receiving Credit Card details and sending you confirmation we can debit anytime your Card account by 100% advance. This is to facilitate the advance payment we have to send to hold Room in your name. When the booking is confirmed (by e-mail), the payment will be processed. A hotel voucher will be sent directly to the hotel which you made a reservation with. You will also be able to print your reservation confirmation voucher, you may be asked to present to the front desk upon check in. Generally you have to present your identification only to the hotel reception when you check in. Once the room is confirmed, we will send you, a confirmation voucher by email detailing all the reservation and price conditions. We invite you to make print out of this voucher to be kept and presented at the time of you check in, make sure to have it in hand upon arrival in the hotel. We will send you a confirmation email. This email will include a voucher containing the dates and details of your reservation. Note that the voucher attached to the mail must be kept until you arrive at the hotel. 24 to 48 hours except for special cases (during festival periods,weekends,high season or special event etc.). it may sometime take only a few hours.
Changing / Canceling a Reservation:
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel the reservation more than 45 days preceding your check in date, you pay 10% on invoice amount (Banking & administration fee)
If you canel the reservation 45 days to 30 days preceding your check in date, you pay 1 night's room charge if your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged.
If you canel the reservaton 30 days preceding or No Show, you will be charged 100% advance paid.
Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supercede those stated here. In such case our Customer Service Agent will of course inform you clearly and completetely. Otherwise it will follow the cancellation policy.
Also please be informed that cancellation has to be made through email ID only otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. We do not accept cancellation over phone.
In case of any increase in cost of hotel, Govt. Tax etc. we are bound to augment the same. Any Hotel booking would be tentative unless you pay in advance and book on guarantee basis.
Please note that refunds will be made in the form of credit to your Credit Card account.
All Credit Card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refunds process is depend on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere 15-45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
