Since GCYR is a member of the North Carolina Federation of Young Republicans (NCFYR),

These activities could be anything from Voter Registration Drives, to being campaign managers,
or even running for an elected office themselves.
They provide crucial support to the county, state, and national Republican party,
which ensure the successful future for our party.
Membership is open to any registered Republican in Guilford County between 18 and 40 years old.
* Increase your knowledge of the issues by hearing from candidates, elected officials, and other
informative speakers;
* Learn more about the political process and structure of the Republican Party by participating in
party activities;
* Help candidates with their campaigns;
* Make new friends who share your political views;
* Gain valuable experience which will help you prepare you for leadership roles within the
Republican Party; and
* Develop political and leadership skills which will help you be prepared if you should decide to
seek public office.
When you join Guilford County Young Republicans you will become part of a statewide and national
network, which has produced many party leaders and elected officials. You will have your chance to
make Guilford County a better place for Republicans and have FUN in the process!
