The price of this puppy is $___________. The following agreement is for ________ payment (s). Payment (s) must be received on or before _______________. Buyer (s) is/are aware that the puppy is sold with no warranties, either expressed or implied, in an AS IS condition with not guaranties other than those stated herein. There are no guaranties on puppy growth or coat color change. DEOSITS and PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Seller assumes no responsibility as to the breeding or show capabilities of the puppy. To the best of the seller�s knowledge, this puppy is free of disease and defects as of the date of this sale.
We are not responsible for hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia is an abnormally low level of glucose in the blood stream. We can advise you on what to do or buy in the case a puppy has hypoglycemia. It can occur from not eating or neglecting from eating. This is NOT a genetic defect or a disease. This can occur with any puppy. We also are not responsible for any type of parasitic organism. Parasites can be contracted through another animals waste or just by taking your dog for a walk.

The buyer has (2) business days after receiving the puppy/dog to have it checked by a licened veterinarian of their choice at the buyer�s expense. If the buyer�s vet exam reveals a debilitating or a life threatening genetic defect or that the puppy is diseased AND a second unassociated licensed veterinarian concurs with diagnosis with in 48 hours of the first vet check, the puppy must be returned ate buyer�s expense and a replacement will be made when one becomes available. Intent to return the for replacement must be accompanied by written report from each veterinarian and must be made within 24 hours of the buyer�s vet exam and REPLACEMENT IS THE ONLY OPTION.

After the veterinarian�s examination period has lapsed, the puppy/dog is sold and accepted �AS IS� and no other guarantees are made. There is no guarantee against accidents or sickness that was not contracted on the seller�s premises. The seller will not pay any veterinary bills. Buyer shall have no right to demand a refund of purchase price and hereby agrees to accept replacement of a genetically defective puppy.

A health certificate will be obtained for the puppy/dog that is traveling out of state by air.

If for any reason you cannot have the puppy/dog due to allergic reactions, landlord refusal, family disapproval, gift disapproval, potty training, etc. and you are going to take it to the pound; PLEASE bring the puppy back to us so it can go to a good home. BUT ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS.

If at any time we find out the puppy is being mistreated or abused we have the right to claim said puppy and no money will be refunded.

If you are making a payment plan; ALL payments must be made before the puppy/dog can leave the premise. If other agreements have been made they will be noted below in the open area. If payments are not made in full by agreed dates; a 10% penalty fee will be added to each week.

HAVING READ THE ABOVE, AND WITH FULL UNDERSTANDING OF THE CONTENTS HEREIN, I/WE CHEERFULLY ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.

Stud rights are retained by breeder for __________ litters of live births within ___________ months. The agreement for breeding is for _____________ puppies in returned.

Buyers can never resell said puppy/dog before (6) months time has passed after sale without consent of breeder, if the puppy/dog is given away kindly let breeder know the whereabouts of said puppy. AKC papers (if available) will be given when check clears or cash payment is received in full, if not allow 4-6 weeks for paper to be processed by AKC.
