I had a little idea that I'm just going to share. I remembered this artwork of El Burro so I found it and then compared it with the SA logo. The fonts with his tattoos and San Andreas are similar. Could this mean that El Burro and the Diablos make a comeback down in San Andreas? If you remember, El Burro plays a key part in the first GTA game in the city of San Andreas - as the Mexican gangster handing out your orders.

I am not one of the million people who claim they work at Rockstar Games and are lying, I bring to you true information I have dug out at my company.
I am 21 years old, and I work at the Epic Records offices in LA (nothing important...an assistant). I am a huge fan of the Grand Theft Auto games. Shortly after the release of GTA 3, Epic Records had made a deal all of us at the office knew about with Rockstar Games....It gave Rockstar the rights to use songs such as Michael Jackson's "Wanna be Starting Something". Now back then we had no clue why Rockstar Games would use an old song from the 80s on one of its games, until Vice City came out, and, Oliver "The Ladykiller" Biscuit announced the song on Fever 105....yes, Vice City as you all know is set in the 80s. Anyway as I am an assistant and carry messages back and forth, I sort of know about all this stuff, and neither Rokstar nor Epic have bothered to warn me this is confidential information, I guess I am taking advantage of this. Anyway, recently, Rockstar sent a person in last week, (No one from Rockstar had been on the offices for almost a year), now, word of mouth between me and my friends at the office spreads quickly, and putting two and two together we found out they are now requesting several 1970s songs...no names yet, they made a real nice deal with Epic and requested a selection of 100 songs, Famous and Unknown, all from 1970s bands. Now I suppose Rockstar is planning to set the next Grand Theft Auto in the 70s, since there is no reason for these songs to appear in Manhunt, or any of the new games Rockstar is comming up with. This is great NEWS! That is all for now, but rest assure I will post again if I find out anything else......

Rumor Mill (Source PSI2/GTAForums/Informed by GTAMAN) These are rumors from a magazine article in PSI2 Magazine that was posted on GTAForums.com.
Most rumours revolve around the setting : LA-esquue San Andreas during a massive riot. Tommy Vercetti isnt set to reappear as the main character in the game, but instead plays the fat mob boss who tells you what to do. Your character (unnamed) has to work out a way to get rid of power-mad vercetti and take over control of the San Andreas underworld.
MISSIONS
Youre hampered by destruction dervy-style driving as rioters make life hard for you whilst you attempt varied missions. Riot police are out on force trying to regain control. Players see certain areas fall back into rioters control, cutting off exits to home and making it very difficult to get to freedom.
VEHICLES
For the first time your character can swim underwater and use jet-ski�s, mini-subs etc. Players can also enter the airport and access jumbo jets and other aircraft for the first time (some missions damnd the use of the jets/helicopters). You can also use a rescue chopper in a sub-game to gain money saving innocents.
WEAPONS
Nunchucks, throwing stars, twin desert eagles, M16 with grenade launcher, Multi heat seeking ground to ground to air missiles and experimental military-grade weapons.
