The following are the requirements for the "Sign of the Star":
(all activites need to be accomplished)
#1. Earn a badge in a subject that teaches you a new skill.
#2 Do at least four (4) of the activies from EACH of the following badges:
A Healthier You - page #80
Being My Best - page #32
Looking Your Best - page # 38
hint: girls if you do just two more activites for each of these badges, you will earn the badge.
#3. Show off your talent to your troop. (This could be a group project that you do together)
#4. Complete two activites from the "It's Great to be a Girl" chapter in the handbook.
#5. Complete an activity from one of the resources listed pn page 191 of the handbook. (Your leaders will help you with this one)
#1 Live the GS Promise: Do an activity in which you serve God, your country, or other people.
#2. Live the GS Law. Choose one part of the GS law and do an activity tgat helps you to practice it.
#3 Earn one of the following badges:
It's important to me. (Page 36)
The Choice is yours. (Page 60)
High on Life (Page 64)
#4 Do an activity from "Girl Scout Basics" OR Adventures in Girl Scouting" in the handbook.
#5 Read the section on values in the "It's Great to be a Girl" chapter of the handbook. Read about "Values in Girl Scouting" and answer the "Test Yourself" questions on that page.
Once you have earned one of the badges above, you only have a few more accomplishments to complete what is needed to earn the "Bronze Award" (provided you complete the project)
